Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping processes
