- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic chips)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives across global markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
