Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their implications for business strategy
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations ahead of market demand
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders

- Monitor competitive intelligence in emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ in technology innovation budgets
- Strong network within global tech research communities
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight publications
