Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in next-gen fields (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite to translate strategic vision into actionable implementation plans
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to incubate future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record in anticipating technological disruptions (e.g., blockchain, IoT)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
