- Collaborate with C-suite to translate strategic vision into actionable implementation plans
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
