Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying AI-driven automation systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for competitive advantage
- Present strategic tech briefings to board members and investors
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish partnerships with quantum computing and biotech research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or CTO roles
- Expertise in deploying AI/ML at enterprise scale
- Published research in quantum computing or biotech integration
- Certification in Future Foresight Methodology (FFM)
- Track record of launching tech innovations valued >$50M
- Experience with blockchain, IoT, and neural interface technologies
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Portfolio of 2026-ready tech implementation case studies
