Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems)
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive disruption vectors to inform strategic decisions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation practices
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through compelling pitches to investors and industry consortiums
- Mentor next-generation technologists and foster a culture of radical experimentation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/AR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD/MBA preferred)
