Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) and assess market readiness
- Develop strategic technology adoption frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite and board members
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic and industry innovators
- Drive organizational culture change to foster experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience leading multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future studies
