Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology implementation (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
