What You'll Achieve:
As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll develop 5-year technology adoption frameworks, lead cross-functional R&D sprints, and establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech pioneers. You'll present findings directly to C-suite executives and board members, influencing multi-million dollar investment decisions. This position includes executive mentorship programs and exclusive access to industry thought leadership events.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation sprints aligned with 2026 market projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Present technology adoption frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and competitive intelligence analysis
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML architecture, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in tech innovation
- Published author or frequent speaker at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (Aha!, Lucidchart, Miro) and data visualization platforms
- Ability to secure executive buy-in for complex technical initiatives
