Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, metaverse infrastructure, and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions in sandbox environments
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess their enterprise applicability
- Design ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols for future deployments
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for future-tech incubation projects
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $1M
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
