Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors (neurotech, fusion energy, etc.)
- Develop ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance strategies for 2026+ tech landscapes
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation through $50M+ R&D budget allocation and vendor ecosystem management
- Mentor junior researchers in patent development and academic publishing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact at Big Tech or top-tier consulting firms
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or sustainable tech architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives to >$1B market impact
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with patent portfolio management and IP commercialization
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
