- Collaborate with C-suite executives on strategic innovation investments
- Mentor junior talent in our Future Tech Incubator program

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech architecture
- Track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Strong proficiency in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, papers, or keynotes)
- Fluency in emerging technologies including Web3, AR/VR, and neuromorphic computing
