Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Manage $50M+ R&D portfolio across AI, quantum, and biotech verticals
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in strategic funding or partnerships
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced credential
