Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot deployment
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech integration
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling teams across multiple technology domains
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Mastery of agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
