Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and societal shifts
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying breakthrough technologies in quantum, biotech, and AI
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine integration
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with real-world impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and societal impact
- Manage innovation incubators for emerging tech startups and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership on technology futures (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, etc.)
