Responsibilities

- Research and analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate next-gen product concepts
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology ROI and market disruption potential
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scaling startups
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them to market opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or sustainable tech)
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and P&L for tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
