Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Author thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for long-term tech adoption
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
