Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (2026-2030) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Advise executive team on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present technology foresight findings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and open innovation programs
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
