Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology adoption roadmap for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing sustainable tech prototypes
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and create mitigation strategies
- Develop regulatory frameworks for next-gen AI deployment
- Present future tech vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with academia to pioneer quantum computing applications
- Drive innovation in carbon-negative tech solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI Ethics
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2020-2023)
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in regulatory tech frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience leading global innovation teams (100+ members)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
