Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and assess business impact
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech strategies into enterprise planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present technology scenarios and strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track technological adoption metrics
- Oversee vendor partnerships for emerging tech incubation and acceleration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, IoT, AR/VR)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership on technology trends or future scenarios
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps across global organizations
