- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology implementation
- Author industry thought leadership publications and patents
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech: Generative AI, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Experience with government tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in strategic forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and global tech consortiums
