- Facilitate innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum computing (Nature/Science preferred)
- Proven experience with emerging tech commercialization cycles
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFA Institute or WFS)
