Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives beyond MVP stage
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for next-gen technologies (NIST AI, ISO 42001)
