- Analyze global tech policy trends and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with strict adherence to agile governance principles
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling technology solutions in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or blockchain architecture
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks
