- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with proven 2026+ vision
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum)
- Track record of launching successful tech products with >$100M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
