Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to monitor emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) and assess market viability
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption cycles and competitive disruption scenarios
- Champion ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and decentralized governance protocols
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-potential R&D projects
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members, securing stakeholder alignment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years focusing on emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products with global impact (portfolio required)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, or synthetic biology landscapes
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
