Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present vision frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term strategic impact and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, Web3, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and investment committees
- Portfolio of successful strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
