Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ focusing on AI ethics, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead research initiatives in next-gen technologies (neuromorphic computing, biocomputing, synthetic biology)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech adoption
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in AI/quantum computing implementation
- Deep understanding of sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in emerging technologies
