- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (Web4, biotech convergence, autonomous systems) and assess strategic implications
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present visionary blueprints to stakeholders using data-driven scenario planning models
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., published research, keynote speaking)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
