Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead R&D in emerging fields (quantum AI, biotech fusion, climate tech)
- Partner with VPs to align tech roadmap with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies
- Ensure compliance with evolving ethical AI frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (AI, Physics, Engineering)
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Experience with global regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-transforming projects
