Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) for commercial applications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Build partnerships with academic research labs and government initiatives
- Produce annual technology impact reports for executive board
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in stakeholder management across C-suite to technical teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
