- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and startup ecosystem engagement
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage technology portfolio balancing innovation, risk, and ROI
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and agile transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) a plus
