Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy with 10+ years in tech leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technology forecasting and commercialization

- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
