- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with organizational growth
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-centric innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies: quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
