Responsibilities

- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and implementing next-gen solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting complex tech strategies to C-suite and investors
- Certification in technology management or strategic planning (e.g., CIO, PMP) preferred
