Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with enterprise adoption potential
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and sustainability impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Innovation Management preferred
