- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026+ adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech into product roadmaps
- Present strategic briefings to investors and industry stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global stakeholder engagement)
