- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 5-year commercialization horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and sustainability impact
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in AI Ethics or Sustainable Technology preferred
