Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading universities and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two future-critical areas: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
