- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and internal incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or initiatives (quantum/AI/sustainability focus)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems and ethical innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and managing R&D budgets >$10M
