Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech interfaces)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and provide strategic recommendations to C-suite and board
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and storytelling
- Mentor emerging technologists and cultivate a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience securing multi-million R&D budgets and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
