Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation portfolio performance and ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate an innovation-driven culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in leading disruptive technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or innovation methodologies preferred
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property management
