- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate industry disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Mentor innovation teams and champion a culture of continuous experimentation
- Oversee the development of a technology governance framework for ethical implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or executive innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
