Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary tech strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation sprints for sustainable tech and climate-positive solutions
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate an experimental innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building tech ecosystems in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology disruption impact
