Responsibilities

- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products valued at $50M+
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing federal grants and private R&D funding
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
