Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging tech adoption frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with futures thinking methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
