Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business growth targets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions addressing unmet market needs
- Develop strategic partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic technology initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI)
