- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record launching at least two transformative tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong financial modeling skills for ROI analysis of R&D investments
- Exceptional communication abilities to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading teams of 15+ professionals across multiple disciplines
