Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for market integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology trend forecasting
- Manage innovation lab pilots and prototype development
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure future-readiness of core systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar senior role
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong presentation and executive communication abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
